The beginnings of a day of sunshine and showers on day 3 of the Laugavegurinn from Alftavatn to Emstrur in Iceland.

I was washing dishes when the sun came out for the first time that morning and I dashed back to the tent. My girlfriend had already realised that I would be running back and held my camera and tripod out of the tent ready for me to dash past set up the composition and shoot the image.

Love the Icelandic shots Alex...this for me is my favourite....the sunlight hitting the mountain is wonderful......looks like you two had a great time......lucky buggers.
