Sunset reflections off the river tavy near my favourite section of Coffin Wood. The tavy was in full flow and the rapids were fantastic, it was a joy to be there for sunset.

great picture, how long do you have to sit in the same place to get the water so smooth and thick like that above, and what camera do you use?

This was a 30 second exposure taken from a tripod. You could get a similar effect after a couple of seconds with it getting really smooth after about 10 seconds. This shot was taken with a Canon 20D, a camera that you can buy now for £150 or so.

I love the reflective colors in the water; it almost looks like a painting. Very nice :D

I've been sat here for like 2 minuets trying to work out what to say about this shot. It's just amazing!

Superb exposure to ad some motion to this. Did you take this in HDR? It has that sorta look to it, if not, damn good exposure metering!
