I cancelled my Snowdonia trip because I felt the weather would be against me and it looked better on Dartmoor. Already I am glad I made that decision. On of the best sunrises I have seen on the moor this morning and I have finally taken the shot I have attempted on 7 previous occasions.

I know this looks kind of nuclear, but the colour are unedited out of camera with any brightness and contrast adjustments set to luminosity mode.

love it i like the nuclear dawn look, maybe reds and oranges are too luminous as canon does

secretly I think the camera has helped with the colour here, but there's no way I'm going to desaturate it. The colours might be fractionally more than they were at the time in a literal sense, but in terms of atmosphere the extra saturation really helps to represent the scene
