Peter Tavy is just over a mile from Mary Tavy, the villages being named after the chuches. This is St Mary's Church.

The colour here is out of camera, I did make slight contrast adjustments, but in luminosity mode so as not to further saturate the blue.

What time was this taken, Alex?

Superb light... reminds me of when the valley I'm in often gets covered in a layer... go up a 1mile hill and it's a completely different world.

I have absolutely zero sympathy really. You surely have no excuse, you live in scotland for christ sake. Get a tent and go camping in the highlands, its what I would do, I mean I am planning on going camping in skye for a wekk in Sept on a photo trip, but you dont have an 11 hour car journey and all the associated cost, seriously, jeez :O
dont though, DA will explode :P
I wouldn't be fussing about the rain Alex, really. You must be photographing all the time man. This is a nice shot by the way. Hope all is well. :)

no, but I am photographing all the time that the weather is good, which has been for one 24 hour spell from 2 till 2 the next day, and one overnight spell from 11pm to 11am, and thats it for the last 3 and a bit weeks. Its annoying because I know I could be doing so mcuh more if the weather played ball. Thanks Justin
